Mosaic Monday: Kensington Palace

A few years back, hubby and I were in London and we visited Kensington Palace.
These are some photos of the palace grounds.
We then went to "High Tea" at The Orangery located on the palace grounds.....fabulous pastries!
Pop on over to Mary's place...Little Red House and see many other interesting participants in Mosaic Monday.
Thanks for your comments.....I love to hear from you.

I couldn't resist a photo of these wonderful scones.
Of, course we indulged in eating a few!

I lived and worked in London most of my life( I am 59 now and have lived in Surrey for 7 years)I only visited Kensington Gardens and the Orangery twice!!I worked in Kensington for 9 years and the time I went to the gardens was a day or so after Princess Diana died to see the floral tributes. Another time a work colleague treated me to tea at the Orangery for my birthday the year my first husband died. There are so many lovely parks in London, I hope you visited quite a few on your visit?

The scones look lovely but I don't eat dried fruit, did they have plain or cheese ones?

Best wishes, Jackie from UK

Beautiful mosaic. What fun to have tea at the Orangery! Kensington Palace and Park are so lovely. We usually stay in Kensington when we go to London.

Oh how I would love to go there! Such pretty pictures. Thanks for the visit to my blog today. I appreciate it when people comment because it is so fun to hop over and see them. I guess we are neighbors?
Nice to meet you and I will be back to read more.

PS Georgie needs some socialization and then he will be able to attend a picnic!
