The only snow we get here in SO CA is in the mountains, so I took a lot of snow photos during a recent trip to visit family in Spokane, WA.
The tree branches were so heavy with snow that some of them were cracking and breaking off while I was up there shooting photos.

I love the snow. These pictures are so beautiful. I know what you mean about So. California, I was born and raised in Orange County. This is my first winter in Pennsylvania and I'm really enjoying it.

Snow can provide some very pretty scenes, but I am glad we do not get that much in Texas. Your state has been seeing some strange weather too.
Beautiful pictures. They are predicting some of the white stuff here starting tomorrow night - hope they are wrong.
I love to snow in photos, but I wish it did not have to get so cold with it. What beautiful photos, they look like postcard. I am still working on getting my name on my photos. Somday :)
