We’ve had some really weird weather last week here in San Diego, and in most of CA.
We got some really heavy hail many times and these photos are of one of the heaviest downpours.
Please check out Cindy’s My Romantic Home to see what the other participants have in store for you.
Here you can see how much hail was coming down at one time. It didn’t stay long
as the temps outside were not cold enough to keep the hail from melting.
Thank you for looking in…. and have an enjoyable weekend.
I always look forward to reading your comments.

Wow! That had to be a surprise!
I didn't realize that was hail at first. I thought it might have been raining tapioca...heh
Thanks so much for the warm words and the advice!!!! I thought they were all little beads everywhere, quite a sight! Can't wait to get down there and visit San Diego. Hoping I can find a good section with lots of antique stores.

It's been a strange winter all over. Here on the coast, we've had freezing temps...it's not supposed to freeze. LOLOL

Wow, that is a lot of hail. Even if it didn't last you were able to get some great shots!
Happy weekend to you too! :)

You are in San Diego? I use to live there. Spent time there as a young military brat and then vacationed there many times during my single days in California. Met my hubby and we honeymooned at the Hotel del. We are both originally from NC. We are living now in Utah.
What part of San Diego? Do you know Claremont? That's where I use to live.
Oh my goodness!! It looks like snow!! Hopefully it was small enough pellets that it didn't damage anything, like your cars or roof!
This is wild!

At first I thought it was either tapioca or those little beads in bean bags! That is a lot of hail! Great shots.

That is weird and wacky! We haven't had much snow here in Michigan this year, and we've had rain twice, once on Christmas day and once just over a week ago...it was over 40 degrees, which doesn't sound like much, but considering we didn't even get into the 30's for months last winter, that's something.
Thanks for sharing!
You never know what the weather is going to do here. We had snow and sleet this morning. Snow was predicted for most of the day, but appears to have stopped now.
We've actually had snowfall a few times! That's one nice thing about the high desert - the seasons are a little more pronounced than they are further south. ::Jill
